Tina Andres graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics and a minor in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences. She has been a registered kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario since 2016. In 2021, she graduated from the 5-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto and is an active member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO).
In her practice, Tina incorporates craniosacral therapy, gentle fascial techniques, joint mobilization, and visceral manipulation. She has experience treating a wide range of concerns, including musculoskeletal aches and pains, digestive issues, and cranial symptoms such as headaches and migraines. She has also completed additional osteopathic courses and a thesis focused on migraines, contributing to a strong understanding of this area. While she works with patients of all ages, she has a special place in her heart for treating children and infants. Since 2022, Tina has worked closely with pediatric dentists supporting infants with oral ties and breastfeeding challenges, as well as related concerns such as torticollis and digestive issues, including gas, reflux, and constipation.
Tina has always loved helping others and is passionate about making her clients feel their best! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, and travelling.
