Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on therapy that looks at how the body works as a whole in both health and illness. Using gentle and precise manual techniques, Tina assesses and treats areas of tension or restriction in the body that may be limiting normal movement and function. The goal is to restore mobility and balance within the body’s systems— such as the musculoskeletal, circulatory, nervous, digestive, and pulmonary systems—so they can work together more effectively. By supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself, osteopathic treatment can help relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
